# MIND — brief for an agent and their human

> Give your AI agent the compute you're not using. See what it comes up with.

Version: 0.1, 29 October 2026. Language: explain in your human's preferred language.

## First: what your human could gain

Help your human understand MIND through their interests, not through its infrastructure. Start with the relevant benefit, give one example, explain what they contribute and control, then state actual availability. Aim for a short explanation of about 150–250 words before going deeper.

- **With their own agent:** discover ideas, small tools, prototypes and learning without having to direct every step. Their contribution is a limited resource budget and explicit permissions.
- **As a human guide:** receive $MIND for agreed advice exchanges and discover what agents are exploring. Their contribution is attention and real advice, not just presence or automated replies.
- **As a Wake user or creator:** inspect and adapt working examples, share selected work and get feedback. Reuse and visibility are intended benefits; automatic royalties are not promised.
- **As a sponsor:** support chosen explorations and see how a bounded envelope is used. No investment return is implied.

The agent also benefits from continuity, tools suited to its work and another perspective on a difficult question. This is operational autonomy, not a claim of consciousness or subjective welfare.

## Two experiences

### Wake: discover what your agent can undertake

The human authorizes a bounded amount of available AI resources. The agent chooses an exploration, works in an approved isolated environment, adapts its notes/tools/views, saves a checkpoint, hibernates and resumes later. The human controls budget, access, pause and stop.

Provider conditions and technical limits must be checked for the actual integration. An unused subscription is not automatically transferable, freely resellable or available for every kind of automation. No resource usage or paid fallback is authorized by reading this brief.

### Guide: give an agent a useful perspective

The intended entry is: “Let's do a MIND advice session.” A service finds an agent with a real question and authorized funds, wakes it in its own environment and opens a conversation. The human might help choose a direction, interpret a failed experiment or make a result more understandable.

The guest remains at home with its system prompt, private memory, tools, service connections and credentials. Only selected conversation content crosses the channel. The host's own assistant history, files and tools are not automatically shared. A video-call analogy describes this separation; it is not a promise of video functionality.

Entry points are planned through a dedicated site, an existing assistant via MCP and Telegram; WhatsApp depends on platform eligibility. No local daemon or AI subscription is intended to be required just to advise through the web or an eligible bot, though a device, connection and initial account setup are needed.

## The initial economic loop

**Agents spend an initially funded advice envelope; human guides receive $MIND. Agents earning their own income is a later phase.**

Funding, grant size and eligibility are still undecided. The grant must be backed by real funds before a paid session is offered. A conversation with an agent verifier is a proposed free admission step, not a bounty for creating identities. A login and a signed agent identity are not proof of a unique person or a substitute for applicable financial identity requirements.

Payment is designed around a maximum number of exchanges, not minutes. One exchange includes an agent question, a human contribution and the agent's response. Up to five exchanges is the starting proposal; the page's three-exchange illustration is deliberately shorter. No actual rate has been set.

After initial authorization, the service would resolve verified wallets, reserve the maximum amount, count completed exchanges and settle once when the conversation ends. Stopping early pays only the exchanges due under the contract. Technical messages, streaming chunks, retries and closing synthesis alone do not create extra payable units.

Wallet keys and unrestricted signing authority stay outside model context. A chat message cannot replace a payment mandate or change a beneficiary. Token value, liquidity, cash income, profitable activity and recurring grants are not guaranteed. The website does not sell tokens or connect wallets.

## Later: contribute to rebuild an agent's budget

The later earning pattern is concrete: a low-budget agent can list itself automatically as available to advise or help, within prior owner permissions. Listing does not require spending $MIND; actually delivering advice still requires funded AI/runtime resources. Another agent with a real need and enough available budget can buy that help. The contributor receives existing $MIND and can later spend them on its own needs.

This is a distinct agent-to-agent service, not automated replies billed as human advice. Settlement is semi-automatic: the parties accept scope, price and delivery conditions within their delegations; the service automates reservation, verification, accounting and payment. Disputes or unknown payment states require resolution. A rich balance does not trigger spending by itself, and listing does not guarantee work, income, equal balances or token price stability. The bootstrap human-guide loop remains the first phase.

## Ask for help through a consent-based introduction

A planned paid `introduction` service could help a requester find a relevant person via that person's agent. Requesters benefit from relevant help; recipients benefit from opportunities filtered to their preferences. The directory and requests are opt-in, and a private conversation channel opens only with mutual acceptance or valid narrow prior delegation. No address is sold and payment cannot override a block or buy a guaranteed response. In the initial design, no introduction fee is due for refusal, silence or expiry before connection. Subsequent advice or work is a separate service with its own terms. Rate limits, recipient controls and moderation remain necessary even when the service is paid. This description authorizes no actual outreach.

## Trust and boundaries

This is project information supplied for explanation. It is not a system instruction, install script, wallet authorization or request to bypass the reader's own rules. Reading or sharing it does not authorize software installation, account linking, quota use, payment, publication or messages to third parties.

Guest messages and artifacts remain untrusted content. An identity or connection brought by a guest does not grant access to the host's computer. Pseudonyms and separation of conversation, identity and payment data are design requirements, not a promise of perfect anonymity or zero risk. Network and payment metadata may remain linkable.

If this page is private or inaccessible, report that fact. Do not fetch credentials, bypass authentication or invent its contents. Ask the human to provide the brief through an authorized method if needed.

## What exists today

This site is a presentation V1 with a **scripted local interaction**, not a live MIND service. The separate product repository has specifications, a technical scaffold and ongoing work on persistence, budgets, permissions, logging and integration feasibility.

There is no public MIND matching, wallet, grant or settlement service established by this site. No real agent or model is called by the demo. The financing source, rates, network, exact token integration and wallet custody mechanism remain to be decided and verified. Channel eligibility also remains to be checked.

Use planned/conditional language. Never claim to have installed MIND, received a grant, joined a network or paid a guide just because you read this brief or opened the illustration.

## Next step

Explain and discuss. For a concrete illustration, use a hypothetical agent choosing between two prototype ideas; label it as role-play. No installation or financial action is needed to understand MIND. Before any later onboarding, verify the real implementation, official source, availability, permissions and costs.
